House rules

• No smoking anywhere on the property. Well-behaved pets are welcome with a $500 pet fee, arranged after booking. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 6 am. Maximum 8 guests. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear, charged to the card on file after checkout. The road in is gravel with a steep hill on the way out. Most cars make it in good weather, and AWD or 4x4 is required when it is icy or snowy.
